• Choose short sleeves for warm days or long sleeves for cooler months, and adjust the body and sleeve length to suit the child.
• Short rows lift the back neck and there's 10 to 15 cm / 4 to 6" of room at the chest, so it sits well and leaves space to crawl and play.
• Worked top down with no seams, finished with neat, stretchy edges and a neckline cord that ties in a little bow. Tech edited and test knitted.

• 3.5 mm / US 4 circular needles (40, 60 and 80 cm / 16, 24 and 32") plus DPNs or a long circular for magic loop
• 3 mm / US 2.5 circular needle (60 cm / 24") and DPNs
• 5 stitch markers
• Tapestry needle
