Once a pattern is purchased and downloaded, it is considered "used" and therefore, cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to review the product information carefully before making your purchase and contact us with any questions you may have.
However, if you accidentally purchase the same pattern twice, please contact us within 24 hours and we will be happy to refund the second purchase.
